Our Strategic Objectives
1. To increase the NSC's resource mobilization targets to at least cover budgetary requirements, and to efficiently
allocate resources based on identified needs.
2. To build the capacity of the Commissioners, NSC secretariat staff and the Sports bodies.
3. To develop and realign operational policies and guidelines for more efficient and accountable operations
of the NSC
4. To adopt an effective communication strategy with all stakeholders.
5. To continuously monitor and assess responses to challenges addressed at sport body and NSC level.
